Self-Introduction

“Hello everyone, my name is [Name].

I am currently doing my OJT training with Evision Technoserve. I joined this program because I wanted to improve my IT skills and get a better understanding of how things actually work in a professional environment.

During this training, I learned many useful technical concepts, and aaj main unke baare mein briefly share karna chahta/chahti hoon.”

What I Learned

“My training covered different areas of IT, including Computer Hardware, Networking, Windows Administration, Microsoft 365, CCNA, and ITIL.

Starting from basic computer components to networking and IT support processes, I got a chance to learn different parts of the IT environment.

Isse mujhe IT ko ek broader perspective se samajhne mein help mili.”

 Computer Hardware

“First, I learned Computer Hardware Fundamentals.

I learned about components like CPU, RAM, motherboard, HDD, SSD, power supply, BIOS, and other peripherals.

I also understood the basics of operating system installation, drivers, boot process, and hardware troubleshooting.

So now I have a better idea of how a computer system works and what to check when a basic hardware problem occurs.”

CompTIA Network+

“After hardware, I learned CompTIA Network+, which helped me understand computer networking.

I learned about the OSI model, TCP/IP, IP addressing, IPv4, IPv6, subnetting, routers, switches, DNS, and DHCP.

I also practiced basic troubleshooting commands like ping, ipconfig, tracert, and nslookup.

Earlier, networking concepts mujhe thode difficult lagte the, but after learning them step by step, I became much more comfortable with the basics.”

Windows Administration

“In Windows Administration, I learned how Windows systems are managed in an organization.

I learned about users and groups, Active Directory, Organizational Units, Group Policy, permissions, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.

I also got an understanding of basic system management and troubleshooting.

This module helped me understand ki administrators users aur systems ko properly kaise manage karte hain.”

 MS Outlook & Office 365

“I also learned about MS Outlook and Office 365.

I learned how Outlook is used for emails, calendars, and meetings, and I also explored services like Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

I understood how these tools help employees communicate and work together in an organization.

Is module se mujhe daily office environment mein Microsoft 365 ke practical use ko samajhne mein help mili.”

CCNA – VLAN, VPN & Proxy

“In the CCNA part, I learned about VLAN, VPN, and Proxy.

I understood how VLANs are used to organize and separate network devices, and how VPNs provide secure connectivity for remote users.

I also learned the basic role of proxy servers in managing network traffic.

These concepts helped me understand networking from a little more practical point of view.”

 ITIL

“Along with technical skills, I also learned about ITIL and IT service management.

I learned about Incident Management, Service Desk Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

I also understood concepts like tickets, priority, SLA, escalation, documentation, and Root Cause Analysis.

Yahan mujhe ye samajh aaya ki IT support mein sirf problem solve karna enough nahi hai; proper process and communication bhi important hai.”

 My Practical Learning

“The training also helped me understand how to approach a technical problem.

Instead of directly trying random solutions, I learned to first understand the problem, check the possible cause, and then follow the troubleshooting steps.

I also learned the importance of documentation and communication while handling support issues.

Ye approach meri problem-solving skills ko improve karne mein kaafi helpful rahi.”

My Confidence

“After completing this training, I feel more confident about my basic IT knowledge.

I can now understand and explain many common IT concepts more comfortably, and I have a better idea of how different technologies are connected.

I know I still have a lot to learn, but this training has given me a strong starting point for my IT career.”

 Closing

“Overall, my OJT experience with Evision Technoserve has been a very good learning experience.

I would like to thank my trainers and the Evision Technoserve team for their guidance and support.

I will continue to learn, practice, and improve my technical skills so that I can grow in the IT field.

Thank you.”
